We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandise Specialist to enhance the presentation of our retail displays and product layouts. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a passion for visual storytelling, and the ability to create engaging shopping environments that attract customers and promote sales.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement attractive visual displays that align with brand standards and marketing strategies. Arrange merchandise in a way that maximizes visibility and appeal. Maintain visual standards across all store areas, including windows, fixtures, and signage. Collaborate with store management and marketing teams to develop seasonal themes and promotional displays. Ensure all visual elements are clean, organized, and well-maintained. Stay updated on current retail trends and incorporate innovative ideas into displays. Assist in setting up new store layouts or remodels to optimize customer flow.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail visual merchandising or related field preferred. Strong aesthetic sense and creativity. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of retail display techniques, color theory, and branding principles. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, or holidays as needed.

Pay:

$24.38 - $25.00 per hour
