Full-time Hardware Associate

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Hardware Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in finding the right tools, materials, and solutions for their home improvement and repair projects. Responsibilities include providing product knowledge, maintaining organized and well-stocked shelves, operating the register, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, a willingness to learn about hardware and DIY products, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Previous retail or hardware experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with product selection and project advice Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and inventory levels Operate point-of-sale systems accurately Restock merchandise and set up displays Support team members in daily store operations

Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Strong customer service and teamwork skills Flexible availability, including weekends Join our team and help customers bring their projects to life!

Pay:

From $16.00 per hour
