You'll work independently on-site, partnering with local store management teams to maximize product visibility and provide a great customer experience. What You'll Do As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for: Restock shelves, racks, and specialized displays to maximize product visibility and store appeal. Implement strategic placement plans and follow visual layout schematics/planograms. Perform routine care, cleaning, and maintenance tasks for specific product lines. Rotate stock and inspect product code dates to guarantee freshness and optimal quality. Maintain clean, safe, and highly organized back-stock inventory areas. Build and preserve positive working relationships with store managers and customer service staff. Complete basic daily documentation and log inventory metrics accurately. What You'll Bring The ideal candidate for this role will have: A positive, enthusiastic, and reliable work ethic. Strong communication skills and the self-motivation to work successfully on your own.
