Responsibilities Plan and implement merchandising strategies to optimize sales Coordinate with store managers to ensure proper product presentation Analyze sales data to determine the effectiveness of merchandising strategies Ensure compliance with all inventory and display guidelines Manage setup, tear down, and ongoing maintenance of promotional materials Report on inventory issues, sales trends, and customer feedback Required Skills Strong analytical skills Excellent organizational abilities Proficient in MS Office Suite Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently Physical stamina for regular store visits and merchandise handling
