Duties Lead and supervise the merchandising team to execute planogram implementation and visual merchandising standards effectively Oversee stock replenishment, inventory control, and material handling to ensure product availability and presentation quality Train and develop team members on store management practices, visual design principles, and customer service excellence Coordinate remodeling projects, interior design updates, and store layout improvements using schematics and visual design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator Manage pricing strategies, promotional displays, and branding initiatives to maximize sales impact Ensure compliance with safety protocols including ladder use, heavy lifting procedures, manual handling techniques, and safe operation of material handling equipment Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment to promote a positive shopping experience Utilize mobile devices and POS systems for accurate cashiering, sales tracking, and client communication Foster a collaborative team environment through effective communication skills and organizational management Skills Proven supervising experience in retail or store management environments Strong proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for creating visual displays and schematics Knowledge of marketing principles to enhance product presentation and promotional campaigns Multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases Experience with remodeling projects, interior design concepts, and visual design techniques Ability to operate standard passenger cars safely for store-related logistics or client visits Skilled in planogram implementation, merchandising strategies, and retail sales techniques Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team coordination Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory levels effectively Familiarity with POS systems, pricing strategies, cash handling procedures, and cash register operation Ability to perform heavy lifting safely; comfortable using ladders; manual handling expertise required Basic math skills for inventory counts, pricing adjustments, and sales transactions Customer service orientation with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences Knowledge of branding standards and visual merchandising best practices Experience with stock stocking procedures, inventory management systems, and retail store operations This role is ideal for someone passionate about retail excellence who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
