In this field-based role, you'll execute planograms, set and reset displays, stock and rotate products, and ensure on-shelf availability to drive sales. You'll collaborate with store teams, document work via mobile tools, and report on inventory and merchandising conditions. Responsibilities Travel to assigned retail locations to execute merchandising plans and resets Implement planograms, build displays, and ensure accurate product placement and signage Stock, rotate, and front-face products to maintain on-shelf availability and presentation standards Conduct basic inventory checks and report out-of-stocks or issues Use mobile or handheld devices to log visits, take photos, and submit reports Communicate with store management and Retail Odyssey supervisors on priorities and findings Maintain brand, safety, and store compliance guidelines during all visits Manage schedule, routes, and travel time to complete assignments on deadline Required Skills Retail merchandising Planogram execution Product rotation and facing Inventory auditing Point-of-sale display setup Use of handheld devices/mobile apps Basic data and sales analysis Time management Travel logistics management Communication with store management
