Part-Time (40 hours per MONTH) A leading retail organization is seeking a Part-Time Visual Merchandising Associate to support the Store Experience and Visual Merchandising team within a Lab Store environment. This role will assist with setting up, maintaining, and tearing down merchandising displays while ensuring presentation standards align with brand expectations and merchandising strategies. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with retail merchandising experience who enjoys hands-on visual execution, organization, and supporting customer-focused storytelling within a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities Assist the Visual Team with the setup, maintenance, and teardown of merchandising displays in the Lab Store space Ensure displays and fixtures are maintained according to company visual standards Coordinate and transport product samples to and from the Lab Store Maintain organized backroom storage and inventory areas Support visual merchandising installations, including fixture trimming and wall cabinet marketing execution Partner with cross-functional visual and merchandising teams to support evolving store experiences Help bring seasonal storytelling and merchandising concepts to life while supporting business and sales objectives Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding project status and execution needs Support additional visual projects as business needs evolve Qualifications 2+ years of retail merchandising, visual merchandising, or store presentation experience Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Comfortable with hands-on physical merchandising work, including setup and installation tasks Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment Passion for retail presentation, customer experience, and visual storytelling Preferred Background Experience supporting retail floor sets, merchandising displays, or visual installations Familiarity with backroom organization and sample coordination Experience working in fashion, specialty retail, or branded store environments preferred Team & Environment This role supports the Store Experience and Visual Merchandising team, focused on creating engaging customer experiences while aligning with merchant sales strategies. $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
