Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to Walmart's specific needs and goals. Collaborate with Walmart's management to identify opportunities for growth and innovation within their retail spaces. Oversee and lead retail merchandising resets, ensuring compliance with SAS Retail Services standards as well as Walmart's expectations. Analyze market trends and sales data to recommend adjustments in strategies and operations. Coordinate with SAS teams to manage fixture installations and product demonstrations at Walmart locations to maximize customer engagement and sales potential. Provide detailed reports on progress and outcomes of merchandising efforts and strategic initiatives. Train and mentor team members to ensure they are fully equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in the retail environment.
