Support assortment planning, seasonal product analysis, and forecasting efforts by helping estimate product demand, market opportunities, and inventory needs. Partner closely with merchandising, product innovation, and cross-functional business teams to maintain seasonal planning tools, communicate product strategies, and align on key deliverables. Help manage and evolve core footwear franchises and product categories by identifying whitespace opportunities, emerging consumer preferences, and opportunities for commercial expansion. Present insights, product recommendations, and business findings to internal stakeholders, including leadership, in a clear and compelling manner. Balance multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail, ownership of deadlines, and high-quality output. Footwear Merchandising Analyst Qualifications 5+ years of experience in merchandising analysis, retail merchandising, product management, buying, marketplace strategy, or a related consumer product environment. Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or equivalent professional experience. Demonstrated experience analyzing product performance data and translating insights into merchandising or assortment recommendations. Strong understanding of footwear, lifestyle, fashion, or consumer product trends, with the ability to anticipate market direction and emerging product opportunities. Experience forecasting product demand, evaluating assortment opportunities, and supporting product planning decisions. Proven ability to blend analytical decision-making with strong consumer/product instincts and trend awareness. Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners and present recommendations confidently. Highly self-directed, collaborative, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities.
