- As a Territory Coverage Associate, you convert staffing gaps into reliable, high-quality execution. You provide hands on support to Merchandisers and Order Writers, maintain operational consistency, uphold brand, execution standards, and ensure stores stays aligned with company expectations _._ Become an ambassador of world-famous brands like

- Primary responsibilities include:
- + •Represent Mondelēz:•in stores with professionalism, reliability, and a commitment to execution excellence as you support Merchandisers and Order Writers across the territory.
- Serve as a trusted field partner:
- delivering strong customer service to store teams while reinforcing Mondelēz's standards and expectations. +
- Execute daily coverage:
- completing store visits using Merchandising Excellence standards, Order Writing Excellence, including capturing display photos and documenting execution through DMI & Sales force. +
- Implement promotional displays:
- ensuring compliance with RTM‑negotiated plans and maintaining strong visibility of our brands. +
- Follow assigned schedules:
- executing daily priorities set by your District Manager (DM) or RTM to ensure efficient and effective territory coverage. +
- Assist with seasonal transitions:
- supporting new product launches, seasonal merchandising, and high‑visibility promotional events. +
- Build and maintain relationships:
- partnering with store personnel—including receivers, department managers, and store leadership—to support smooth execution and collaboration. +
- Support capability building
- : reinforcing foundational skills and assisting with the onboarding of new Merchandisers and Order Writers to strengthen field capability. +
- Develop for future leadership:
- building the operational, communication, and problem‑solving skills that serve as a strong foundation for future advancement into management roles. +

Salary and Benefits:
- The base salary range for this position is $40,600 to $55,825; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
