Competitive pay rate of $37.57 per hour Opportunity to support a respected Top Eyewear Retailer's Travel Retail team Hybrid work schedule: three days in office for optimal work-life balance Gain valuable experience supporting both North America and Latin America markets Be at the forefront of virtual training innovation and visual merchandising refresh initiatives What's a typical day as Training and Visual Merchandising Coordinator? You'll be: Delivering engaging virtual training sessions for store staff across North and Latin America, with a focus on brand knowledge, new product launches, and key selling points Adapting training content to market needs, including customization, translation into Spanish, and overseeing training schedules Tracking training completion, maintaining databases, and partnering with internal teams for accurate and up-to-date training materials Leading the visual refresh process for stores, coordinating with customers, agencies, and stakeholders to ensure timely and consistent brand visuals Monitoring execution of visual updates, maintaining store files, trackers, and visual assets, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have previous experience working in an office or corporate environment (not just retail) Are fluent in both English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus!) Possess strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills for working with diverse stakeholders Have a basic understanding of marketing, branding, or visual merchandising principles Demonstrate strong organizational and time-management abilities, attention to detail, and hands-on initiative Excel in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; SAP knowledge is a plus Are flexible, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, international environment Reside locally in Miami, FL and can be on-site three days per week What happens next Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
