In this role, you will be responsible for implementing merchandising strategies, maintaining attractive product displays, and ensuring store layouts align with branding standards. Your proactive approach will help enhance customer experiences and maximize product visibility across multiple locations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in retail management, visual design, and client communication while working in a fast-paced environment that values innovation and teamwork. Responsibilities Execute planogram implementation to ensure products are displayed according to schematics and branding guidelines Manage stock levels through inventory control, stocking, and material handling to prevent shortages or overstocking Conduct remodeling and interior design updates to optimize store layouts and visual appeal using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator Train store staff on merchandising standards, visual design principles, and the use of merchandising equipment such as ladders and material handling tools Perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks safely during stock replenishment or remodeling projects Utilize mobile devices for real-time communication, inventory management, and client updates Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within stores while managing pricing adjustments and promotional displays Qualifications Proven supervising experience in retail store management or merchandising roles Strong knowledge of visual merchandising, planogram creation, and store management practices Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design software Multilingual skills are a plus for effective communication with diverse teams and clients Experience with remodeling projects, interior design concepts, and schematic planning is highly desirable Ability to operate material handling equipment safely; familiarity with ladder use and standard passenger car operation preferred Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management, POS systems, and retail math calculations Strong leadership qualities paired with exceptional communication skills for training staff and engaging clients Customer service orientation with the ability to handle pricing adjustments, sales support, and client communication confidently Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple projects Join us as a Vendor Merchandiser if you're passionate about retail excellence, thrive on visual creativity, and want to make a tangible impact on store success!
