As a leading ecommerce provider of fine jewelry, we're adding to our Shopify Team. We are seeking a hands-on Ecommerce Merchandiser to own the day-to-day merchandising, content, and promotional execution for our Shopify Plus site — a catalog of 15,000 items (50,000+ SKUs) across dozens of categories . This is a builder's role: you'll be in Shopify daily, shaping collections, setting up promotions, building landing pages, editing site content, and troubleshooting issues, all with an eye toward improving conversion rate (CVR) and average order value (AOV). We are looking for an energetic self-starter with a passion for consumer goods and the digital environment. If you love a mix of creative and operational work and want ownership over a major piece of the online shopping experience, this is a great fit. What You'll Do Build and maintain product collections, category structure, and site navigation across the full catalog Curate product sets, edits, and thematic collections (occasion, material, price tier, trend) Build and manage cross-sell/upsell placements and bundling to drive AOV Execute on-site content updates using best-practices for homepage, landing pages, PDPs, boutiques, collection pages, banners, etc. Set up, schedule, and QA promotions, discount codes, and sales events Run regular site QA across devices and browsers to catch broken links, pricing issues, and content errors; catch pricing/discount errors before they go live Assist with merchandising for on-site search and browse experience via Constructor — synonyms, redirects, boosts/burying, facets, and merchandising rules Monitor search performance (zero-result queries, click-through, search-to-conversion) and adjust Constructor configuration to close gaps Monitor CVR, AOV, and collection-level performance using GA4 and Shopify Analytics, and turn insights into action Support A/B and test-and-learn initiatives to improve the shopping experience What You Bring 3-5 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, digital merchandising, or site management Hands-on Shopify or Shopify Plus experience — theme editor, sections/blocks, metafields, collections, navigation, apps Comfort managing a large, complex catalog and collection taxonomy Working knowledge of basic HTML/CSS/Liquid for content troubleshooting Familiarity with GA4, Shopify Analytics, TripleWhale for day-to-day reporting Highly organized and detail-oriented — comfortable owning a high volume of moving pieces without a team to delegate to Experience with Constructor (or comparable on-site search/merchandising platforms like Searchspring, Algolia, Bloomreach, Unbxd) strongly preferred
