Responsibilities include completing category resets, building displays and end caps, rotating and date-checking product, placing and correcting tags, and ensuring shelves meet store and planogram standards. You will identify out-of-stock conditions, organize backstock and discontinued items, and work directly with store leadership during project initiatives. The position also requires using company technology—or your own device—to track progress, capture photos, communicate issues, and complete required reporting. You will also assist in training new teammates, support basic scheduling needs, and provide general in-store operational oversight. This role involves frequent travel with regular overnight hotel stays.
