Job Description

SUMMARY The Reset Crew Associate is responsible for executing store resets, remodels, and merchandising updates across multiple locations. This role ensures that store layouts, product placement, and signage align with company standards and vendor requirements. The position requires extensive weekly travel and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute store resets, remodels, and layout changes according to planograms and company guidelines Install shelving, fixtures, signage, and displays Stock and organize merchandise to ensure proper placement and presentation Remove outdated fixtures and product as needed Work collaboratively with team members and store leadership to complete projects on schedule Maintain a clean and safe work environment during all projects Travel to assigned locations weekly (Monday through Friday) Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
WORK SCHEDULE
Full-time position Travel required Monday through Friday for approximately 10 months out of the year Occasional weekend work may be required based on project needs
KEY ATTRIBUTES
Previous retail, merchandising, or reset experience is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness and ability to travel extensively

PAY RANGE
$18 to $25/hour
