Job Summary Fein Brothers is hiring a Kitchen Merchandise Associate to support the organization, presentation, and daily handling of commercial kitchen equipment and related products. This role assists with inventory, merchandise preparation, customer service, product organization, and general warehouse or showroom operations. Common Job Roles Kitchen Merchandise Associate Kitchen Equipment Associate Commercial Kitchen Associate Merchandise Operations Associate Kitchen Product Specialist Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize kitchen equipment and merchandise Prepare products for showroom display, customer orders, or shipment Maintain accurate inventory and product records Assist with stocking and replenishing merchandise Help customers locate products and provide general product information Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and service teams as needed Assist with order preparation, packaging, and shipping activities Maintain clean, organized, and safe showroom and storage areas Identify damaged, missing, or incorrect merchandise and report discrepancies Follow company inventory, security, handling, and workplace safety procedures Requirements experience is an asset but not required Strong organizational and communication skills Basic computer and inventory-recordkeeping abilities Good attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise safely Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Preferred Skills Experience with inventory or merchandise management systems Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment is a plus Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities Good product organization and time management skills Ability to work effectively with sales and operations teams About the Company Fein Brothers provides commercial kitchen equipment and related products and services for foodservice operations.
