A Merchandising Manager manages the buying and stocking of goods to be re-sold to customers in a retail store, including clothing and other consumer products. Follows trends, anticipates consumer demand, directs buying and manages inventory; displays merchandise that will sell well at retail. Produces or monitors sales reports. May supervise a staff of buyers, in a larger retail store or department, or train and supervise retail sales staff.

General Manager Summary:
Merchandising Managers are responsible for ensuring arcade redemption programs, processes, and strategies are implemented to maximize profit potential and guest experience. Merchandising Managers work directly with arcade team members, managers, and the Director of Arcade Operations to develop and execute effective display models, purchasing strategy, and arcade redemption procedures. Merchandising Managers provide valuable feedback on merchandising in redemption areas of Fat Daddy's Arcade stand-alone locations and cooperative locations at The Track Family Fun Centers.
Essential Responsibilities:
Maintain merchandise inventories through ordering, stocking, and data analysis Organization of on-location stock Set-up of display and other visual marketing Develop design for and maintain stock displays in accordance with Corporate Merchandising plan Maintain stock displays in accordance with approved templates Active participation in hiring and cooperative scheduling of arcade attendant staff Initial and continued training of arcade employees on guest service standards and redemption procedures Train arcade employees on inventory processes and programs Manage performance and day-to-day responsibilities of assigned arcade Team Lead in coordination with General Manager Contribute to merchandising selection using inventory trends Adjustment of settings on prize-winning equipment as directed Maintain appearance of arcade floor, displays, games, and guest areas as needed Other duties may be assigned as needed
Required Skills:
Experience with computers and smart devices Excellent communication, time-management, planning, and organizational skills Excellent customer service skills Competent mathematical skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) Ability to read, write, and communicate in
English Physical Requirements:
Ability to work with prolonged periods of walking, kneeling, bending, and standing Ability to work indoors with natural and artificial lighting Ability to safely lift, push, and pull objects up to 30lbs and navigate stairs Ability to safely operate and utilize a ladder up to 10-feet
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma Required Valid US Driver's License Retail, Amusement Merchandising, or Similar Experience:
