YOUR ROLE AT ZEGNA
As Temp, Visual Merchandising Manager, South & Central, based in Miami, Florida, you will bring your unique strengths to the Visual Merchandising team, and maintain responsibility for leading the execution and maintenance of visual merchandising strategies across key retail and wholesale locations within the South and Central region of the U.S. This role ensures that all visual presentations reflect brand standards and align with marketing and commercial objectives to drive business performance and elevate the client experience. You'll work closely with Senior Director of Visual Merchandising to drive meaningful results and shape the way we work and grow. This role will collaborate with Merchandising, Store Management, Regional Retail Teams, Wholesale Partners, and cross-functional departments to deliver impactful, luxury-driven visual environments that embody the brand's aesthetic and values.
HOW YOU BRING IT TO LIFE
Here's how you'll bring this role to life each day — making it your own and shaping it with your unique talents and expertise: Manage, mentor, and develop Visual Merchandising for South & Central regions, ensuring consistent execution of brand standards across all designated doors. Oversee all visual installations, seasonal floor sets, and window changes in assigned retail and wholesale doors, ensuring alignment with corporate visual direction and local business needs. Fosters a culture of open communication, innovation, and continuous improvement. Partner with store management and corporate teams to plan, schedule, and execute regional visual merchandising calendars. Supervise the creation, installation, and maintenance of in-store and window presentations, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to brand guidelines. Conduct regular store walkthroughs to assess visual standards, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure brand integrity. Support new store openings, renovations, and special visual projects across the region. Provide active support for store events, product launches, and marketing activations. Act as the primary liaison between corporate visual merchandising, marketing, and regional retail teams to ensure cohesive implementation of seasonal strategies. Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams and external partners to coordinate timelines, materials, and visual directives. Collaborate with merchandising and retail teams to optimize product placement and storytelling in line with commercial goals.
WHO YOU ARE
This is how you show up: 3+ years of experience in visual merchandising and/or visual presentation/display/fine art/fashion styling experience Flexibility to work outside standard working hours (i.e. evenings after 9pm, overnights and weekends) Ability to travel frequently across assigned markets (approx. 50%). Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite/Photoshop, Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint & Word), and visual planning tools. Strong sense of aesthetics, detail, and brand sensitivity, with an understanding of luxury clientele and environments. Ability to balance multiple projects (maintenance and installations) at once. Strong project management, communication, prioritization and organizational skills with an ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal direction.

The pay range for this position is $45-50/hr and is dependent on a candidate's relevant skills and experience.
