We are seeking a Merchandising Manager to join our team (Monday-Friday, day shift) .The Merchandising Manager is responsible for leading the merchandising team to ensure that Knoxville Beverage's products are available and supported by point-of-sale materials in customer accounts. Duties include : Manage the selection, development, and retention of merchandising staff Develop the daily schedule for merchandising team Collaborate with chain and independent retail divisions about customer accounts Investigate and resolve external complaints and requests Manage point of sale materials inventory and ensure accurate information is available to internal stakeholders Communicate with graphic designers to request printed material Maintain a strong customer service relationship with KBC customers Ensure safety requirements as it relates to equipment and staff Provide brand-specific product education and training tools to enhance the knowledge and performance of staff Monitor driving reports and analyze data as needed Build, install, and maintain in-store displays and racks for the chain and independent retail division Install vinyl graphics on windows and storefronts Hang or mount items on walls or from ceilings Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience Three years of management experience in beverage industry or similar field Must be at least 21 years of age Ability to lift and stack cases averaging 40 lbs. each Ability to climb ladders and use basic hand tools for assembling or mounting Ability to obtain State of Tennessee ABC Wholesalers Employee permit Valid driver's license with ability to meet company driving history requirements Drug and background checks required Knoxville Beverage Company offers a full benefit package including: Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 30 days $1,800 annual company contribution to health savings account Paid holidays starting day one Paid time off Company paid long term disability insurance Short term disability insurance Company paid life insurance 401k with 100% company match
