WHAT YOU'LL DO
Assist retail customers and service technicians with GM parts lookup and sales Quickly and accurately identify Chevrolet and GM parts using dealership parts catalogs and systems Answer incoming calls regarding parts pricing, availability, and special orders Order, track, and follow up on special-order GM parts Maintain an organized inventory and clean parts department Receive, inspect, stock, and verify incoming shipments Process invoices, returns, warranty parts, and customer payments Work closely with service advisors and technicians to keep the shop operating efficiently Help maintain accurate inventory counts and parts records
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Minimum 2 years of dealership Parts Counter experience
REQUIRED
(no exceptions) Strong GM / Chevrolet dealership parts experience
REQUIRED
5+ years of automotive parts experience strongly preferred Experience using dealership inventory management and electronic parts catalog systems Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, motivated, and team-oriented Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
