Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Processing orders for parts directly with customers at the counter and by phone Ordering parts from John Deere and other approved vendors when necessary Providing follow-up and escalation of backorders when necessary Shipping, receiving, and stocking parts as needed daily At least two years of experience working in a parts department; heavy equipment is preferred High School Diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license Proficient with computers and software systems such as Microsoft Office Suite and other web-based programs Ability to handle cash and credit card transactions Must be detail-oriented, organized, and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment
