POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist retail, wholesale, and service department customers with automotive parts needs Identify and accurately locate parts using electronic parts catalogs and dealership systems Prepare and process parts orders, invoices, and special orders Work closely with technicians and service advisors to ensure parts are available when needed Maintain accurate inventory and proper organization of the parts department Receive, inspect, stock, and distribute incoming parts Assist with warranty and return procedures Provide professional and courteous customer service Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all dealership policies, procedures, and safety requirements Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Previous automotive parts experience preferred Dealership parts experience is a plus Knowledge of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram parts is preferred Strong computer and organizational skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift and move automotive parts as required
