Interest in the automotive industry and willingness to learn automotive parts and dealership processes. Familiarity with OEM electronic parts catalogs (EPC) is a plus. Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Tekion, or similar dealership management systems is a plus. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems. Strong customer service and communication skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in both warehouse and service environments. What You'll Do As an Entry-Level Automotive Parts Counterperson, you'll support our service department, customers, and Parts team by helping ensure the right parts are available at the right time. You'll receive training and hands-on experience with dealership parts systems, inventory processes, and manufacturer procedures.

Responsibilities include:

Assist service technicians with locating and supplying parts needed for vehicle repairs. Assist retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and orders. Learn to identify and source parts using manufacturer electronic parts catalogs and dealership management systems. Accurately process parts orders for customers and service technicians. Receive, inspect, stock, label, and organize incoming inventory. Help maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts and physical inventories. Assist with special orders, warranty parts, core returns, and customer returns in accordance with manufacturer and dealership procedures. Maintain clean and organized inventory and storage areas. Communicate parts order status and estimated arrival dates to customers and service personnel. Recommend accessories and related products when appropriate. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned. Ready to Build Your Career?
