Interest in the automotive industry and willingness to learn automotive parts and dealership processes. Familiarity with OEM electronic parts catalogs (EPC) is a plus. Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Tekion, or similar dealership management systems is a plus. Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems. Strong customer service and communication skills. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in both warehouse and service environments. What You'll Do As an Entry-Level Automotive Parts Counterperson, you'll support our service department, customers, and Parts team by helping ensure the right parts are available at the right time. You'll receive training and hands-on experience with dealership parts systems, inventory processes, and manufacturer procedures.
