Universal Mitsubishi is seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Specialist to join our parts department. This position supports an active service department and handles internal, retail, wholesale, independent repair shop, and online parts sales. We also utilize the OEC network for connected repair-shop ordering. Responsibilities Identify, locate, price, and order automotive parts Support technicians and service advisors with accurate parts requests Handle internal, retail, wholesale, and repair-shop orders Source OEM, aftermarket, special-order, and hard-to-find parts Process and follow up on online parts orders Build and maintain relationships with repair shops and customers Assist with receiving, inventory, and general parts department operations Qualifications Automotive parts experience required Dealership parts experience preferred Strong electronic parts catalog, lookup, and sourcing skills Wholesale parts experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, accurate, and dependable Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Compensation & Benefits Base pay + commission + overtime Medical, dental and vision insurance
