This role is responsible for managing parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels, and delivering materials needed to keep our facility running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Receive, stock, and issue maintenance parts, supplies, and materials to support maintenance and operations teamsMaintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting and regular auditsCoordinate weekly inventory levels and communicate replenishment needsOrganize and maintain parts storage areas, ensuring all items are properly labeled and easily accessibleSupport maintenance work orders by staging and delivering parts to techniciansAssist with purchase order (PO) creation and procurement activities as neededCoordinate with vendors for parts pickup and delivery when requiredMaintain documentation and filing of maintenance recordsEnsure compliance with safety policies, GMPs, and company proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate degree preferred)12 years of inventory, warehouse, stockroom, or maintenance parts experience preferredExperience in manufacturing or food production environments is a plusBasic computer skills (inventory systems, data entry, Microsoft Office)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentValid California Driver License required. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shiftFrequently lift up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 80 lbsComfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment (noise, temperature variations)Ability to wear required PPE (safety shoes, gloves, hairnet, etc.) Schedule Full-time position (Monday through Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM; exact schedule assigned by management)Overtime and weekend work may be required...
