Job Overview:
The Parts Front Counter Associate sells parts to all customers and interacts with outside stores, body shops, etc to provide parts.
Key Job Responsibilities include:
Assists all customers (retail and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner. Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line. Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information in a professional manner. Reviews body shop estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate. Provides high level of service to internal and external customers.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong interpersonal communication skills Initiative and attention to detail Flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of the department and manage time efficiently. Clean DMV driving record Bi-lingual is preferred but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Periods of sitting, standing and walking throughout shift. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. Shifts may include weekends, evenings and some holidays.
