Parts Coordinator (Full-Time)

Full-Time, Non-Exempt (Hourly)
Pay Range :
$18 - $21 per hour (Pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications in accordance with California pay transparency regulations.)

Bilingual English/Chinese preferred Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Parts Coordinator to support ERP data maintenance, documentation management, and purchasing coordination activities. This role provides operational support and communication with vendors but does not include pricing negotiation, contract execution, purchasing authority, or payment processing . This position is well-suited for candidates who are organized, reliable, and seeking long-term professional growth within a structured operational environment. Essential Job Functions Maintain part records, purchase orders, and receiving data within ERP or inventory systems Track purchase order status and communicate with vendors regarding shipment and delivery updates Review and organize supplier documentation including invoices and packing lists Assist in resolving discrepancies related to quantity or documentation and escalate as needed Provide inventory and delivery status updates to internal teams Maintain procurement and inventory records ensuring accuracy and audit traceability This position does NOT involve: Pricing negotiation Vendor selection decisions Contract signing authority Payment handling Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree; OR High school diploma with 1-3 years of relevant experience (inventory, ERP, purchasing support, administrative roles) Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and communication skills Ability to work full-time on a stable basis Preferred Qualifications Experience using ERP or inventory management systems Prior coordination or procurement support experience Physical & Work Requirements Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods Occasional lifting of documents or small packages (up to 15 lbs) Regular use of office equipment (Reasonable accommodations will be provided in accordance with ADA requirements) Benefits 401(k) plan Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Employee discounts Career growth opportunities with potential expansion of responsibilities Employment Statement This position is at-will employment , meaning employment may be terminated at any time by either the employee or employer, with or without cause or notice, in accordance with California law.
