Full Job Description Requirements:
1 + year of experience Auto collision Working knowledge of: CCC One Responsible for ordering, verifying and decoding parts from preferred vendors and posting all parts/sublet invoices Managing credits and core charges while following up on weekly / monthly basis Monitor vendor discounts Work with vendors to get status update on all ordered parts pending Check parts for any defects/damages Develop and maintain productive relationships with all vendors for parts Oversee the receipt and storage of parts including the process of checking all parts orders and the parts themselves for accuracy and completeness Assure that all parts are marked with the RO number and are stored or staged by job, and that the order status is clearly noted on all paperwork Label and distribute/exchange parts to Parts Carts/Containers and deliver to work stations while confirming arrival and accuracy with technicians Manage the dispatch of parts to technicians on a timely basis Proactively return all unused parts and assure that credit is properly received and posted to the repair order Must be able to work in a team environment Proactively communicate with techs, and Estimator regarding parts status Post all invoices & Credit Memos, as appropriate, in the computer or management system on a timely basis. Skill/Requirements Able to effectively communicate with others, oral and written Able to read and understand instructions, written estimates and work orders Multi-tasking; adapts easily to fast-paced environment
