Responsibilities Receive, inspect and organize incoming automotive parts and deliveries. Verify incoming shipments against invoices and purchase orders. Check parts for damage, accuracy and completeness. Label, organize and distribute parts to technicians for scheduled repairs. Process parts returns and coordinate with vendors. Maintain accurate inventory and keep the parts department clean and organized. Communicate with estimators, technicians and management regarding parts deliveries and shortages. Assist with ordering and tracking parts as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in shipping and receiving, automotive parts, warehouse operations or inventory management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to lift and move automotive parts and packages. Basic computer skills and the ability to learn inventory software.
