Full Job Description Automotive Parts Counterperson Location:
Solano County, CA Are you an experienced automotive parts professional who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service while keeping technicians and customers moving? We are seeking a motivated Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our growing dealership team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with people, and have a strong understanding of automotive parts and dealership operations, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Do Assist technicians by accurately identifying and supplying parts. Help retail and wholesale customers with parts inquiries and orders. Research parts using manufacturer catalogs and electronic lookup systems. Process special orders, returns, warranties, and core returns. Maintain accurate inventory and participate in cycle counts. Receive and stock incoming inventory. Promote accessories and related products when appropriate. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department. Work closely with the service department to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous dealership parts department experience preferred. Knowledge of OEM electronic parts catalogs. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and computer skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and spend extended periods standing and walking. Compensation Hourly Pay Range:
$22.00 - $35.00 per hour , depending on experience, qualifications, and performance. Additional incentive compensation may be available based on individual and departmental performance. Why Join Us?
