Working directly under our Parts Manager, you will be the backbone of our repair process, ensuring our technicians have the exact parts they need to complete repairs efficiently. If you thrive in a hands-on team based environment and take pride in keeping things organized, this is the role for you.

Reports To:

Parts Manager Key Responsibilities Receiving & Inspection:

Accept incoming deliveries and thoroughly check all parts for shipping damage or defects.

Mirror Matching:

Carefully compare new replacement parts to the original damaged parts to guarantee perfect fitment.

Dispatching:

Deliver the correct parts to technicians promptly to keep repair lanes moving.

Vendor Relations:

Maintain healthy, positive relationships with parts delivery drivers and our vendor partners.

Inventory Control:

Process parts returns efficiently and handle accurate invoicing.

Department Upkeep:

Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized parts room at all times.

Shop Support:

Step in to assist in other areas of the shop when your primary parts duties are complete.
