Job Description
Mercedes-Benz of Littleton Parts Evening Specialist Mercedes-Benz of Littleton is seeking a motivated Parts Specialist to join our growing team. The Parts Specialist plays a critical role in supporting our retail, wholesale, and service customers by providing accurate parts solutions and delivering exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong product knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Assist all customers (retail, internal, and wholesale) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner Inform customers of companion part requirements while ensuring exposure to the full product line Answer incoming phone calls and counter inquiries, providing price quotes and other information as needed Pull and fill orders from inventory Notify the Parts Manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials requiring immediate attention Notify customers and internal departments when special-order parts have been received Monitor backorders and identify alternate sourcing options when necessary Pull orders and ensure all parts are properly tagged with customer names and job numbers Follow department policies and procedures regarding special-order parts and aging reports Maintain a prompt, accurate, and efficient flow of paperwork Ensure all internal parts requests are billed to the appropriate service repair order Review will-call and back-order files weekly, returning unclaimed parts to vendors or restocking inventory as appropriate Receive payment from retail customers and obtain credit authorization when required Qualifications Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong computer and phone skills required; experience with CDK, Microsoft Outlook, and MyKaarma preferred Must be able to pass a pre-employment screening, including a background check and drug test Minimum one year of luxury or high-line automotive parts experience, preferably with a German automotive brand High school diploma or GED required Must be at least 18 years of age Valid driver's license required Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday 2:00pm-11:00pm possible hybrid rotation- 1 month days/1 month nights Benefits 401(k) with company match Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off and paid sick leave Paid training and professional development opportunities
