Manage inventory levels of automotive parts to ensure availability for service operations. Procure parts from suppliers while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality standards. Assist technicians in identifying required parts for repairs and services. Maintain accurate records of parts orders, receipts, and inventory counts. Collaborate with the service department to forecast demand for parts based on service schedules. Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries related to parts availability and pricing. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive parts management or a similar role within the automotive industry. Excellent supplier management skills with an understanding of procurement practices. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory management. Exceptional communication skills for interacting with technicians and customers alike.
