Reed Nissan Orlando & Reed Nissan Clermont Reed Nissan is looking for an experienced, motivated, and customer focused Automotive Parts Counter Person to join our Parts Department. What You'll Be Doing As a Parts Counter Person, you will play an important role in supporting our technicians, service department, wholesale customers, and retail customers.

Responsibilities include:

Assist technicians and service advisors with identifying and supplying the correct parts Assist retail and wholesale customers at the parts counter and over the phone Accurately look up parts using Nissan and dealership parts systems Provide pricing and availability information Create and process parts invoices Order parts and track special orders Receive, stock, and organize incoming parts Maintain accurate inventory records Assist with locating hard to find or backordered parts Communicate with technicians and advisors regarding parts availability and estimated arrival times Maintain an organized and professional parts department Help ensure parts are billed correctly to repair orders Assist with inventory counts and inventory control Develop strong relationships with internal and external customers Work closely with the Parts Manager, Service Department, and technicians to keep vehicles moving through the shop efficiently What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and understands the importance of accuracy in a busy dealership Parts Department.

Ideal candidates will have:

Previous automotive parts experience preferred Dealership parts experience is a plus Nissan parts experience is a major plus Strong computer skills Excellent organizational skills Strong attention to detail Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to multitask and prioritize Positive attitude and team mentality Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Valid driver's license Why Reed Nissan?
