This role will be responsible for managing warranty-related questions and claims from our authorized dealers and customers. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, comfortable communicating by phone and email, and able to keep multiple cases moving at once. You will help determine whether issues are covered under warranty, gather the necessary information and documentation, coordinate with our technical team when needed, arrange replacement parts, and follow each case through to resolution. Responsibilities Answer warranty-related calls and emails from authorized VERDI dealers and customers Review warranty concerns and determine whether issues are covered under VERDI warranty guidelines Gather necessary information such as VIN/serial numbers, purchase details, photos, videos, service history, and descriptions of the issue Create, organize, and maintain warranty case records Track open warranty claims and follow up to make sure cases are resolved in a timely manner Communicate clearly with dealers regarding warranty coverage, next steps, parts, and repairs Coordinate with VERDI's technical, production, and service teams when additional diagnosis is needed Identify the appropriate replacement parts needed for approved warranty repairs Enter warranty replacement parts into dealer orders and coordinate with the parts/inventory team Track replacement parts through fulfillment and shipment Document what was replaced, repaired, or resolved for each case Distinguish between warranty-covered defects and issues caused by damage, wear, misuse, improper installation, or other non-covered circumstances Escalate unusual, high-cost, or unclear warranty cases to management Help dealers with basic troubleshooting and product questions Identify recurring warranty issues and communicate trends to management Maintain organized warranty records and supporting documentation Provide professional and helpful support to dealers and customers throughout the warranty process Qualifications Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Comfortable speaking with dealers and customers over the phone Ability to remain professional and helpful when handling frustrated customers Ability to manage multiple open cases and follow-ups at the same time Comfortable learning technical product information and basic troubleshooting Good judgment when reviewing warranty requests and determining when to escalate an issue Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, email, and order-management systems Reliable and able to work independently while coordinating with multiple departments Automotive, powersports, golf cart, dealership, warranty administration, parts, or service experience is preferred but not required Preferred Experience Experience in any of the following is a plus: Automotive or powersports warranty administration Dealership service departments Parts departments Customer service or technical support Order processing and inventory coordination
