Job Overview We are hiring a reliable Automotive Parts Puller / Dismantler to join our automotive recycling team. This position is ideal for candidates with mechanical skills, vehicle knowledge, and experience working with auto parts, dismantling, or automotive repair. The Part Puller is responsible for safely removing, inspecting, and organizing automotive parts for resale. Key Responsibilities Pull, remove, and dismantle automotive parts from cars and trucks Identify parts using vehicle knowledge and mechanical ability Inspect parts for quality and accuracy before inventory Organize and label parts to maintain accurate stock Communicate with supervisors and inventory staff regarding part condition Troubleshoot and problem-solve difficult removals Follow safety procedures and yard policies Maintain productivity and meet daily goals Required Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail Mechanical aptitude and basic automotive knowledge Self-motivated and able to work independently Proven problem-solving skills Clear communication skills Excellent time management abilities Strong organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Preferred Experience (Not Required) Experience as an auto parts puller, automotive dismantler, salvage yard worker, or mechanic helper Familiarity with hand tools and power tools Experience in automotive recycling or Salvage operations Work Schedule Full-Time Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00
