Job Description

Key Responsibilities Assist Technicians :
Promptly lookup, quote, and deliver parts to our service bay team to maximize shop efficiency.
Customer Service :
Help retail and wholesale customers find exact match accessories and replacement parts over the counter and phone.
Catalog Mastery :
Navigate Ford parts electronic catalogs to accurately verify part numbers and ensure zero-error ordering.
Inventory Control :
Assist the parts manager with stocking shelves, logging special orders, processing returns, and tracking inventory.
Order Tracking :
Handle incoming vendor invoices and verify the quality and quantity of received merchandise.
Qualifications & Skills Experience :
Minimum 1 year of automotive parts experience preferred but not required.
Tech-Savvy :
Strong computer skills and comfort learning dealership management software (such as Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, or Ford ECAT).
Expert Problem Solver :
Deep foundational knowledge of automotive systems to help translate customer descriptions into accurate part numbers.
Physical Fitness :
Ability to stand for long periods and safely lift/move parts weighing up to 50 lbs. Must hold a valid driver's license
Pay:
$16.50 - $19.00 per hour
