A Parts Counter Representative sells spare parts of the phone or the counter. May assist customers in finding the correct spare and replacement parts for a product. Acts as first point of contact for product orders of customers and suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS
Previous dealership experience is preferred CDK experience is preferred. Punctual and good organizational skills. Friendly with a positive attitude, professional. Must be able to complete office-related physical activities (walking, standing, talking, hearing, pushing, reaching, seeing, stooping/crouching, depth perception, identifying colors) as needed. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Possible frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds or more.
JOB DUTIES
Tracking all incoming and outgoing parts for a dealership. Locating available parts when the dealership is out of stock. Handling parts payment collection and making sure all parts are billed correctly through the service department. Packaging and shipping parts back to the manufacturer from time to time, and completing the appropriate record keeping. Referring to parts manuals to identify exactly the right part(s) for the make, model and year of vehicles being serviced.
