Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Parts Sales Representative, where your small engine expertise and customer-focused approach will drive success! In this energetic role, you'll be the vital link between customers and our extensive inventory of mower and small engine parts and accessories. Your enthusiasm for equipment maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, and small engine diagnostics will empower you to provide exceptional service, build lasting client relationships, and boost sales. Duties Assist customers in looking up the right parts and accessories through product knowledge and active communication. Manage inventory levels efficiently using inventory control systems and our POS system (IDEAL), ensuring stock accuracy and availability. Process sales transactions accurately via POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash, credit, or electronic payments with professionalism. Build strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, providing technical advice, and offering solutions for repair or maintenance. Collaborate with the service tech to ensure timely order fulfillment, stock replenishment, and proper stocking procedures. Maintain organized records of sales, customer interactions, and inventory movements using dealership management software (IDEAL.) Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when engaging with clients or suppliers, ensuring clear communication and positive interactions at all times. Qualifications Basic knowledge of small engines and mowers is helpful. Ability to learn different computer programs in a timely manner. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Stay organized and pay attention to detail and keep good records. Friendly and open communication with customers and other employees is a must. Pay:
$12.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 - 40.0 per week
