Duties Greet customers and provide knowledgeable, friendly service at the parts and sales counter Help customers identify and select the correct hydraulic parts, fittings, hoses, and components for their needs Take customer orders, prepare estimates and invoices, and accurately enter information into the company's system Work closely with technicians, vendors, and customers to source parts and keep repairs moving efficiently Receive, organize, and maintain inventory while ensuring parts are accurately stocked and available Skills and Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Mechanical aptitude and an interest in learning hydraulic systems, parts, and applications Ability to identify parts, fittings, hoses, and components or learn to do so quickly Strong attention to detail and accuracy when entering orders, preparing estimates, and handling inventory Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in parts sales, industrial, hydraulic, or mechanical work is a plus.
