In this role, you will help customers find the right parts and accessories. You will also work with our service and body shop teams to keep parts moving and orders on track. Pay $40,000
  • 60,000 What You'll Do Help customers find the right parts.
Provide friendly and helpful service. Answer phone calls and provide price quotes. Sell parts and accessories to customers. Review body shop estimates for correct parts and pricing. Check parts availability and place orders when needed. Find parts from outside suppliers when needed. Notify customers when special-order parts arrive. Let the body shop know when all parts are ready. Follow up on back-ordered parts. Check will-call and back-order items each week. Help outside sales representatives with orders. Make sure parts are billed to the correct repair order. Keep accurate records of orders, invoices, and estimates. Prepare parts for shipment, delivery, or pickup. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED. Good customer service skills. Strong attention to detail. Good communication skills. Ability to stay organized.
