Full-Time Action Powersports is looking for a motivated, dependable, and customer-focused Parts Associate to join our team in Florence, Kentucky. We are a locally owned Kentucky powersports dealership built by lifelong enthusiasts. Our goal is to provide an exceptional experience for our customers while building a strong team of people who are knowledgeable, motivated, and passionate about the powersports industry. The Parts Associate will work directly with customers, technicians, and the sales department to help identify, locate, sell, and order OEM and aftermarket parts, accessories, apparel, and riding gear. Responsibilities Assist customers at the parts counter, over the phone, and throughout the dealership Look up and sell OEM and aftermarket parts and accessories Help customers identify the correct parts for their motorcycle, ATV, side-by-side, or other powersports vehicle Work closely with the Service Department to supply parts needed for repair orders Create and manage special orders for customers Receive, verify, label, and stock incoming parts shipments Maintain accurate inventory and organized parts storage areas Stock and merchandise parts, accessories, helmets, apparel, and riding gear Provide knowledgeable recommendations on accessories and upgrades Maintain strong communication with customers regarding backorders and special-order parts Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional Parts Department Assist with inventory counts and inventory control Build long-term relationships with customers and help create an excellent dealership experience What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software Ability to work as part of a team Willingness to learn products, manufacturers, accessories, and parts systems Powersports, automotive, mechanical, or parts-counter experience is preferred but not required Motorcycle, ATV, UTV, or powersports knowledge is a major plus Must be willing to work Saturdays as part of the dealership schedule Why Action Powersports?
