FRONT PARTS COUNTERPERSON

Best Chevrolet | Kenner, LA Best Chevrolet is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Front Parts Counterperson to join our team! We are seeking someone who is knowledgeable about automotive parts, provides exceptional customer service, and can work effectively in a fast-paced dealership environment. Responsibilities Assist retail and wholesale customers with identifying and purchasing automotive parts Answer parts inquiries in person and by phone Look up parts using OEM catalogs and dealership systems Prepare parts orders and accurately process invoices Maintain accurate inventory and assist with stocking and organizing parts Communicate with technicians, service advisors, vendors, and customers Follow up on special orders and customer requests Perform other duties as instructed by management Qualifications Previous automotive parts counter experience preferred Knowledge of automotive parts and terminology Strong customer service and communication skills Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with CDK or other dealership parts software is a plus Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Why Join Best Chevrolet?
