Position Overview We are currently seeking an experienced Parts Specialist to purchase, sell, store, and issue automotive parts while serving internal departments, wholesale accounts, and retail customers. Responsibilities Determine customer and technician needs and accurately identify parts Create and modify purchase orders and submit orders to vendors Record warranty parts returns Enter special-order parts into dealership systems and notify staff/customers upon arrival Track special orders and follow up as needed Process and close invoices Verify invoices against received merchandise for accuracy and quality Maintain records of outside purchases and parts received/issued Perform ongoing warehouse inventory counts Attend weekly department meetings Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Minimum 1 year of dealership warehouse or parts experience preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Computer proficiency and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must have a valid, unrestricted driver's license (you must be insurable) Must maintain a clean, acceptable, and safe driving record Must be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements, which include a social media check, a drug screen & physical, a background check, and a Motor Vehicle Report Be able to read and comprehend instructions and information in the English language Physical Requirements Regular standing, walking, reaching, and lifting Frequently lift up to 25 lbs Occasionally lift 100+ lbs Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb as needed Join a team where your hard work, enthusiasm, and skills help drive success.
