Overview Allstar Ford Stonewall is hiring a full-time /Parts Counterperson for our high-volume Ford dealership in Stonewall, LA. A high-volume Ford dealership is seeking a dependable, experienced Parts Counterperson to assist customers, service advisors, and technicians with parts lookup, sales, ordering, inventory, and special orders. OEM or Ford parts experience and Dealertrack experience are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Look up, identify, and pull parts from inventory for customers and technicians Process special orders and follow up with customers, vendors, and staff Monitor S.O. aging and notify the Parts Manager of out-of-stock items Maintain accurate invoices, orders, and organized inventory Work closely with the Service Department for fast, correct delivery of parts

Requirements:

18+ with a valid driver's license Reliable commute to Stonewall/Shreveport area or willingness to relocate Pass a background check and drug test High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Compensation:

$2,500-$7,000/month (includes commission)
