We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to manage our parts warehouse and support our field technicians.

Position OverviewIn this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You will handle all incoming parts shipments, manage our inventory databases, and ensure our field technicians have the exact tools and components they need to complete repairs successfully.

What You Will Do Receive & Stock:

Accept daily shipments from carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight), unbox packages, verify contents against packing slips, and stock parts in their proper warehouse locations.

Return Logistics:

Identify, document, and process returns to manufacturers for unused components, incorrect items, or parts arriving as Dead on Arrival (DOA) / Return Authorizations.

Inventory Management:

Maintain precise records using our digital inventory database and spreadsheets to ensure stock levels remain accurate.

Technician Support:

Pull requested parts from inventory and organize them so they are ready for field service technicians before their daily routes.

What We Are Looking For Detail-Oriented:

High level of accuracy when checking serial numbers, part codes, and reviewing shipping paperwork.

Tech Savvy:

Comfortable navigating web portals, inventory databases, and updating spreadsheets.

Highly Organized:

Able to keep a clean, structured warehouse environment so inventory is easy to locate.

Reliable:

Dependable attendance is crucial to keep our logistics and repair schedules moving without delay.

Position Details & Benefits Compensation:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour (depending on experience).

Schedule:

Monday through Friday (day shift, no weekends).

Benefits:
