A Parts Counter Representative sells spare parts of the phone or the counter. May assist customers in finding the correct spare and replacement parts for a product. Acts as first point of contact for product orders of customers and suppliers.
A global automotive parts manufacturing company is looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Account Representative in their Livonia, MI location.
Automotive Sales Account Representative Responsibilities Include :
Establish relations with new and previous customers New business development with OEMs and Tier Suppliers Promote automotive bearing products and company itself Intelligently communicate with clients Travel to customer locations and prepare reports and compile data Make presentations to and attend meetings with client managers and engineers. Understand specifications for products for customer design assistance Create data, budgets, and reports regarding sales and marketing activity. Other Duties as assigned by Supervisor or Management. Automotive Sales Account Representative Requirements A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication or Marketing or Engineering is preferred Automotive industry experience preferred. Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time Experience with customer interaction/service preferred Must have excellent presentation skills Experience with working in a Japanese related environment is a plus Some knowledge on automotive parts manufacturing is a plus This position includes manufacturing and office work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
