Share this job SVGs not supported by this browser. Description Charger Logistics is looking for a Parts Coordinator who has experience with managing the parts for trucks and trailers. We are looking for a candidate with previous work experience and strong work ethics to join the company as a Parts Coordinator. Job Duties Manage and track truck and trailer parts stock levels Order new inventory as needed and transfer invoices to the accounts department Work closely with Mechanics and Service Coordinators to assign parts and keep track of all issued parts Enter repair and maintenance work into the company's database Help in the daily planning of repair and maintenance work schedules Enter repair and maintenance work into the company's database Ensure timely service of company equipment, upholding truck and trailer compliance Coordinate with the safety department to notify drivers of services due Pick up parts from dealerships as needed Ability to pick up and organize common parts within the shop. Handle other shop-related tasks as they arise Other duties as assigned Requirements Minimum one-year experience as Parts clerk or coordinator Post-secondary education preferred Knowledge of truck parts and equipment Heavy vehicle aftermarket and parts background Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Hard worker with a positive attitude Willing to work extended hours and on weekends Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment Strong computer skills, particularly MS Office Benefits Competitive Salary Healthcare Benefit Package Career Growth Apply for this job
