A reputable and growing chain of auto parts stores is currently looking for applicants for full-time automotive parts counter pro positions in the Sparta & Rockford, MI area. Applicants must possess good verbal communication skills, salesmanship, high levels of customer service, team player attitude and have knowledge of auto parts. The position includes taking orders ordered in via phone and helping retail customers in store find parts. Automotive knowledge and customer service experience are a plus. This position also includes but not limited to:

• Work with the Manager to better communications / service.
• Use electronic and paper catalogs to source automotive parts for customers.
• Answer phones according to company procedures
• Look up parts accurate and offer customers all options.
• Always tell the customer what you can do for them
• Always ask for add-on sales
• Process returns promptly, accurately and hassle free.
• Customer service follow-up
• Help train less experienced team members.
• Participate in inventories and periodic cycle counts
• Handle yourself as a professional, set an example No Holidays -Paid Holidays off (after 90 days) No evenings

No Sundays Job Requirements:

Valid Driver's License Acceptable driving record Pass Background Check & Drug Screen Able to lift up to 50 pounds
