What You'll Do Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional attitude. Assist retail and commercial customers in person, over the phone, and online. Help customers identify and locate the correct automotive parts and supplies. Process sales transactions and customer orders. Use NAPA's parts lookup and pointofsale systems to serve customers efficiently. Pull, stock, and organize inventory. Prepare orders for customer pickup or delivery. Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Participate in a rotating Saturday schedule as needed. What We're Looking For Required Previous automotive parts experience or related industry knowledge. Valid driver's license. Ability to work rotating Saturdays. Strong customer service and communication skills. Preferred 1+ years of automotive parts sales experience. Passion for the automotive industry, including: o Automotive repair Heavy equipment oAgriculture/Farm equipment Diesel applications oMarine applications Dealership operations Ability to succeed in a fastpaced environment.
